人工智能赋能传统工科专业教学改革路径研究

摘要:

在工业4.0与智能制造背景下,传统工科教育面临技术迭代加速、行业需求升级的双重压力,亟需通过人工智能技术重构人才培养范式。本文以湖南工业大学印刷工程、包装工程等传统优势特色工科专业为研究对象,系统探讨人工智能赋能传统工科专业的教学改革路径。针对工业4.0背景下传统工科课程体系僵化、实践场景滞后与师资数字素养不足三大痛点,探索构建“三阶递进式”课程体系、虚实融合的智能教学场景、项目驱动的产教协同机制和三维度教师发展支持体系等改革路径,显著提升人才培养质量与产学研融合效能。本文可为传统工科专业智能化转型提供理论框架与实践范式,对深化产教融合、服务国家智能制造战略具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:

Under the Industry 4.0 paradigm and intelligent manufacturing advancement, the traditional engineering education confronts dual pressures from accelerated technological iteration and evolving industrial demands, urgently requiring AI-driven restructuring of talent cultivation frameworks. Taking traditional advantageous engineering majors such as Printing Engineering and Packaging Engineering at Hunan University of Technology as the research subjects, the path of teaching reform for these majors empowered by AI was systematically explored. In view of the three major pain points of traditional engineering curriculum system rigidity, lagging practice scene and insufficient digital literacy of teachers under the background of industry 4.0. The reform paths were explored by constructing a “three-tier progressive” curriculum system, an intelligent teaching scenario integrating virtual and real elements, a project-driven industry-education collaboration mechanism, and a three-dimensional teacher development support system, the quality of talent cultivation and the efficiency of industry-education-research integration have been significantly enhanced. This study provides a theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the intelligent transformation of traditional engineering majors, offering significant reference value for deepening industry-education integration and serving the national strategy of intelligent manufacturing.
