随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,其在教育领域尤其是高等教育中的应用日益广泛,为高校人才培养带来了新的机遇与挑战。本文探讨了人工智能赋能高校人才培养的价值意蕴,分析了高校人才培养在课程体系、师资力量、评价体系、校企联动等方面存在的问题。基于陕西科技大学包装工程专业现状,从人工智能技术应用的视角,针对现存问题,提出了人才培养体系优化的路径与策略,为人工智能时代包装工程专业人才培养提供新思路。
Abstract:With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, it has been widely used in the field of education,especially in higher education, which has brought new opportunities and challenges for talent training in colleges and universities. In this paper, the value implication of talent training empowered by artificial intelligence in the universities was discussed, the problems existing in the curriculum system, faculty, evaluation system, industry-education integration linkage were analyzed. Based on the status of packaging engineering major of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, according to the existing problems, the path and strategy of talent training system optimization were proposed from the perspective of the application of artificial intelligence technology. It would provide the new ideas for the talent training of packaging engineering major under the empowerment of artificial intelligence.
